EXTRA SPECIAL CIGAR NEWS
FROM DE LA CONCHA
DINNER WITH A LIVING LEGEND

As 2008 winds down we are pleased to announce a very special evening to be held at De La Concha. Our final cigar dinner of the year is one that will prove to be one of the most distinguished dinners we have ever held.

It is our privilege to offer you an extraordinary evening of food, drink and smoke with Pepin Garcia. Mr. Garcia is renowned as one of the foremost blenders and rollers working today and is the maker of many lines of cigars as well as our De La Concha Grand Reserve line. His cigars are often compared most favorably with many great Cuban cigars and comprise some of our most popular lines.
It is rare to have an opportunity to spend an evening with a legend, but on November 24th, from _mg_50678:00pm until 11:00pm, you will indeed have that opportunity. Pepin Garcia, along with his son, will be in store for an evening of dinner and enjoyment. You will be able to share drinks and dinner with this very important figure and smoke some of his finest offerings.

As you enter the store for the dinner, you will be greeted by our lovely hostess and invited to the open bar for a before dinner cocktail. Your evening will include the open bar, a full 3-course meal catered be Rue 57 and, of course, 3 complimentary cigars. Our cigar portion of the evening will begin with a Don Pepin Garcia JJ Series cigar. This medium body smoke can be enjoyed during our cocktails. Our smoking evening will continue with the medium body Tabacos Baez. We will finish our evening enjoying the newest creation of Pepin’s company, the full body My Father cigar. Blended by Pepin’s son, in honor of his father, this cigar has already proven to be one of the most popular of any of their lines.

As we enjoy the evening, we will be entertained by the music of Cigar Oasis. Some lucky guests will also win our raffles, which will take place during the evening.

_mg_9637Of course, each of our cigar dinners is special but as stated before, this evening is unique in that the legendary creator and maker of these exquisite cigars will actually be here for the evening. We invite you to come, have dinner with Pepin and his son, and enjoy a wonderful array of cigars. This evening with Pepin, the 3-course meal, drinks, cigars and raffles is only $175.00. Space is limited so make your reservations early. We look forward to seeing you on November 24th at 8:00pm.

As a special note of interest, Mr. Otto Lombardo from Lombardo & Co. will be present at the dinner. He will present a short 10 minute presentation on how cigar smokers can receive standard non-smoker life insurance. At the end of this presentation, Mr. Lombardo will raffle off a $100.00 De La Concha gift card.

At De La Concha we are dedicated to the fine art of smoking and of helping you find the smoke that will best suit your tastes.
